Mastercraft’s Seth Kelley Named NEFBA President
MasterCraft is proud to announce that Seth Kelley has been named NEFBA president, officially taking the helm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Seth brings years of experience in homebuilding leadership, along with a clear vision for the future of the industry. MasterCraft has been a trusted partner of NEFBA for more than 12 years and is a Gold Level Smart Partner, reinforcing its long-standing role in Northeast Florida homebuilding.
A Legacy of Leadership
Seth Kelley serves as Vice President of Purchasing at MasterCraft and has been actively involved with the Northeast Florida Builders Association and the St. Johns Builders Council (SJBC) since 2018. His dedication to advancing the homebuilding industry also includes past service on the board of the Greater Orlando Builders Association.
As a respected leader within Mastercraft leadership, Seth’s experience, industry knowledge, and commitment to collaboration position him well to guide NEFBA during an important period of growth and opportunity.
Seth’s top priority for 2025 is keeping NEFBA members engaged and informed. The association calendar includes more than 230 meetings, events, and networking opportunities annually, along with the opening of new headquarters and the launch of its Workforce Education Institute.
“In a year packed with initiatives, keeping our members informed and engaged is critical,” Seth said. “We want to ensure that everyone inside and outside our association understands the value of what we do.”
A Community That Cares
MasterCraft and the Northeast Florida Builders Association share a commitment that extends beyond homebuilding to strengthening local communities. One of the association’s most impactful efforts is the Villages of Hope initiative, where NEFBA members have raised nearly $600,000 to help build a tiny home community for women escaping trafficking, abuse, and addiction.
Additional programs include NEFBA’s Charitable Foundation, which supports housing initiatives for local nonprofits, and Builders Care, a program dedicated to providing essential home repairs for those in need. The NEFBA Apprenticeship Program also plays a key role in training future professionals in high-demand trades such as carpentry and plumbing—supporting the long-term success of Northeast Florida homebuilding.
A Resource for Homebuyers
NEFBA serves as a trusted resource for homebuyers by connecting consumers with qualified builders and industry professionals. Through its searchable member directory, homebuyers can confidently identify companies committed to quality, professionalism, and industry standards.
“I encourage homebuyers to ask if their builder is an NEFBA member,” Seth said. “Membership shows a commitment to excellence and accountability in homebuilding.”
Looking Ahead
As NEFBA president, Seth Kelley’s focus remains clear: strengthen leadership, encourage innovation, and support the communities that make homebuilding possible. His appointment reflects the continued influence of MasterCraft homebuilding and leadership within the Northeast Florida construction industry.
